Volunteering On-Site

Below is a brief description of some of the ongoing volunteer opportunities we have available on-site.   Click this link to download the Volunteer Application Form (in MS Word format).  You can either email it to Gladys Ortiz, our Volunteer Coordinator, at gortiz@ycp.org or you can fax it to her at:  (212) 410-3923.  If you prefer snail mail, our address is:  8 E. 109th St., New York, NY  10029.

Besides volunteering as an individual, group volunteer projects are always welcome!  YCP has hosted volunteer groups as large as 50 from schools, businesses, churches, and other community-based institutions.  These groups have cleaned and painted the facility, stocked pantry shelves, and assisted with food deliveries.  If you have an idea for a volunteer project, please email Gladys Ortiz or call her at (212) 410-2264 x110.  We look forward to working with you at one of our many programs!
