

Both Pantry families and Homeless clients can receive case management services to assist them apply for benefits and employment, assist with birth certificates and state identification, and to make referrals to offsite organizations that provide drug counseling, vocational services, temporary and permanent housing, as well as on site referrals to partners that provide psychiatric services, medical care and screening, legal assistance, and electronic submission for Medicaid and food stamps right from our office. Pantry program families can receive Case Management by contacting the Senior Pantry case Manager at (917) 720-9704. Homeless individuals can receive case management through our Project Dignity program by coming to our Breakfast program or contacting the YCP Project Dignity Case Manager at (917) 720-9715.
